Chest Implants

The purpose of a pectoral implant is to give the chest and pectoral muscles a larger and fuller look. The surgeon makes two small incisions under the armpit, inserts the silicone implant and stitches it up.

The implant is held in place by the chest muscles or by stitches. The results are permanent.
