We’ve discussed this before. All of us want to have healthy, glowing skin because good skin can make you look beautiful, while, skin with marks and blemishes, give you negative marks in terms of looks. So it’s natural that we don’t want spider veins on our face. The best way to ensure that we are not faced with the problem of spider veins is to prevent them from happening.  In any case, preventing the spider veins to appear is by far easier than treating them once they are visible on the face and body.

First of all, it must be said that a deficient lifestyle is the one that causes a wide range of medical and beauty problems. Unhealthy eating and lack of exercise can lead to various problems. So, if you want to keep spider veins at bay, you need to chalk out an exercise plan that will keep you active, healthy and increase blood circulation. You can also add nutritious food to your list – food with lots of fiber and vitamins.

Your diet should exclude salt as much as possible and it should include fruits and vegetables. Basically, the reason for a high fiber diet is to avoid constipation – based on the fact that constipation leads to the formation of spider veins.

Also, make sure that you are not standing for long stretches of time. Avoid crossing your legs and rest your legs after exercising. Wear clothes made of natural fabric and avoid tight, uncomfortable clothes that can restrict blood circulation.

If you have spider veins on your face, the best idea is to stay away from the sun as much as possible – you can opt for sun creams, hats and other such tricks in order to make sure you don’t multiply your face spider veins.
