Nicole Kidman says she is porcelain

Nicole Kidman insists that her beautiful looks and porcelain skin is all natural.

Kidman, the subject of recent rumors that she has had cosmetic surgery, denies she has ever gone under the knife.

And that famous porcelain skin has never encountered so much as a single Botox needle, she says.

"To be honest, I am completely natural,'' Kidman told Marie Claire magazine.  "I have nothing in my face or anything. I wear sunscreen, and I don't smoke. I take care of myself. I'm proud to say that.''

The closest thing to plastic surgery Kidman has gone through is laser eye correction. Her sight was so bad that she "was walking around legally blind''.

Despite no plastic surgery herself, Kidman says she doesn't judge those who have had treatments.
