Do you like wearing those sexy stilettos – pointy shoes with zero gravity, thin straps and lots of pizzazz? Of course, most of us wouldn’t be able to walk around in a pair of stilettos. But just because you can't walk in those shoes is no reason not to wear them. Today more and more women are choosing not to change their shoes but to alter their feet.

The same materials routinely used to erase facial lines are now being injected into the ball of the foot to cushion it so you can wear your heels longer. Several women also prefer to have their toes tweaked and corns cut away to look good in strappy sandals.
